[Spellyans] dictionary commission

Yes, I did, Dan - but why so late?  It's been over a year since the  
SWF agreement was reached.  I offered (and delivered) a list of over  
3,000 place names in the SWF 9 months ago.  Nothing.  Not a peep.   
Baffling.
