Mar plek occurs x 3, but not really with the sense 'please'.
The closest mar plek comes to meaning 'please' seems to be:
me a'th pys gynes mar plek
war iouyn gylwel mercy
I beg thee, if it please thee,
to call to Jovin for mercy
PC 1896-97
Me a'th pys in the above is the more natural way
of saying 'please'.
