Gouel an Holl-Zent 'All Saints' Day' is also attested in Breton, i.e.
spelt with initial <h>.
So we have
Cornish: an Hollsens
Welsh: yr Hollsaint
Breton: ann Holl-Zent.
The <h> in Cornish would seem to be authentic.
