[Spellyans] Wieser Encyclopaedia

The first volume of the Wieser Encyclopaedia: Western European  
Languages A-I  Wieser Verlag Klagenfurt has just been published
This contains a short account by me of Cornish. My article is rather  
out of date since it was written before I knew of BK and before
KS was mooted. The article does, however, strongly criticise KK.
